We dispatch orders no later than the second working day.

The delivery speed depends on the workload of the DPD service. You can track the order status using the tracking code. Make sure you have received the e-mail with tracking number. If not, check your spam folder, and then contact us through the contact form.

We deliver within Belgium for 5€.

For orders over 80€, you get free shipping.

If you want to deliver goods to another country, contact us, and we will surely find a solution.

Carrier Delivery: In case you’re not available at home during the carrier’s delivery attempt, a card will be left for you. You can reach out to the carrier to arrange a new delivery appointment within working hours on a convenient date.

We follow the rules applicable in Belgium and accept undamaged goods back within 14 days of purchase. The buyer covers the return shipping cost.
